Our other baby
Just four short months ago, our puppy was an adorable ball of yellow fuzz that weighed five pounds.

Now our puppy is a 35 pound jumping, licking, barking, eating ball of craziness. And she's only about half grown.
Here's a picture I took of Sasha last night. Once she gets all the puppy out of her, I think she'll be a great dog. She's really coming along nicely. She loves people (especially kids) and wants to say to everyone when we go for walks. She hasn't had any accidents in the house for at least 6 weeks now. Ivy can climb on her, pull her tail, smack her around and she doesn't mind a bit. She minds well, stays in the yard, never tries to run off. She even goes right in her cage every morning when I leave for work without complaining.
Sasha managed to get her paws on a bird last week. All that was left by the time we discovered it was a string of guts. I did not realize that a dog would devour a whole live bird. Silly me!
There are days after picking up a trail of shredded Kleenex, baby wipes and newspapers that I realize deep down I'm really a cat person.
